In 2001 he managed the connection of the first residential Italian pv system and he founded Enerpoint, for many years one of the worldwide pv leading companies. Now he’s managing Enerpointpv assets.
In 2015 he founded ITALIA SOLARE, of which he’s President. ITALIA SOLARE is the only Italian association 100% dedicated to PV, with about 500 members.
He’s a strategic consultant for top-tier global companies in the pv sector.

Worked with Andersen Consulting in Spain and with FMC in California (US). Michele was then a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, in the Milan office (92-96). During this period he was part of the media, retail and fashion practice. In 1997 Michele co-founded Net Partners Ventures, the first venture capital company in Europe focusing exclusively on internet companies, 215 million raised, 30 investments, highest IRR in Europe in the sector, 5 invested companies floated (e.g. Mutui Online and Yoox in Italy). In 2005, Michele founded A.M.E. Ventures, an investment holding focused on early stage companies, which counts several investments at day. AME Ventures has controlling stake in Solar Ventures, which represents Michele's main activity, where he is directly involved as Chairman and CEO.
Solar Ventures is an IPP and developer focused on developing, building , financing and managing utility scale PV plants globally, with a strong expertise in Italy, Europe and Emerging Markets, where it has been active since 2007. To date it has developed globally 500 MWp of solar power plants, with more than 280 MWp of plants in Europe. The company stands today as one of the few integrated solar platforms operating in southern Europe.

Alberto Cuter has been involved in renewable energy since 2008. He served as Sales Director in Phoenix Solar and Heliosphera and joined Jinko Solar in 2010. He opened the Italian branch and developed the Italian market positioning Jinko as leader modules supplier in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 he was appointed as Sales Director of Emerging Markets (LATAM and MEA). He developed and positioned Jinko as market leader in the most important market such as South Africa and Chile with more than 30% of market share, making Jinko the leader modules supplier in the region.
As per new strategy of Jinko management, in July 2015 he was appointed as a General Manager Latam and Italy to lead a team of high professional managers in 7 countries across the region. Actually Jinko has been recognized as market leader in Chile, Brazil and Central America, with more than 5 GW sold in the region.
Prior to stepping into solar PV industry, Alberto Cuter has worked in the telecommunication Industry as Sales Director in companies as Telecom Italia, Wind and Deloitte Consulting.
